Buyer Terms

prismint.shop is run by [Company name] (placeholder, to be confirmed) ("Prismint", "we" and "us"). Independent sellers that Prismint invites and reviews list their cards on prismint.shop and ship them to you.

When you buy on prismint.shop, you buy from Prismint. Prismint is the seller of record: you pay Prismint, your receipt and card statement show Prismint, and Prismint handles refunds and claims. Each listing shows the seller who ships the card.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms, the Claims and Refund Policy, the Prismint Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

You need a Prismint account and a shipping address in the United States. You must be old enough to make a purchase where you live, or have a parent or guardian place the order.

Elsewhere on Prismint, card values are estimates. They help you plan, and they are not offers to buy or sell.

A listing price on prismint.shop is different: it is the price Prismint will sell that card for. Prismint sets every listing price; sellers don't. Listing prices can change as card values change, so a price you saw earlier may not be the price now.

The price you see when you start checkout is locked for your order, as long as you finish checkout within the time shown. If the lock runs out, we show you the current price before you pay.

A listing price is not an appraisal or a promise about what the card will be worth later.

Your order is an offer to buy at the locked price. It's accepted when we confirm it by email. We may cancel an order before it ships, for example if the seller no longer has the card or the listing had an obvious error. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Quantities and condition come from the seller's listing. Each card is listed in one of five conditions (Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played, Heavily Played or Damaged), explained in our condition guide.

You pay at checkout by card or Apple Pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; Prismint never sees your full card number.

The total at checkout includes the card prices, shipping and any sales tax. Prismint collects and pays the sales tax.

Sellers ship within 2 business days after your order is placed. Each order ships to its value tier:

• Under $20: a card saver in a flat envelope. Tracking is included only when a tracked envelope label is available.
• $20 to $49.99: [envelope or parcel; tracking when the seller adds it. Tier table to be confirmed.]
• $50 or more: a top loader and bubble mailer in a tracked parcel.

Checkout shows the shipping tier and whether tracking is included before you pay. Orders with several sellers arrive in separate packages.

If an order doesn't arrive, isn't what was listed, arrives in a lower condition than listed or contains a counterfeit card, you can open a claim. The Claims and Refund Policy explains how, the time limits and what refund you can expect. You don't need to sort it out with the seller yourself.

You can cancel an order for a full refund until the seller marks it shipped. We don't otherwise accept returns of cards that arrived as listed.

You can report a listing or a seller from any listing page, for example if you think a card is counterfeit or a listing breaks our Prohibited Items Policy. For large sellers, the listing shows the seller details the law requires.

Don't file false claims, misuse refunds or chargebacks, or ask a seller to sell to you outside prismint.shop. We may limit or close your shop access if you do.

Prismint promises that each card will arrive as listed, or we'll make it right under the Claims and Refund Policy. Beyond that, and except where the law doesn't allow it, prismint.shop is provided as it is, Prismint isn't responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer law.

We may change these terms. Changes apply to orders placed after we post them; the terms you accepted at checkout apply to that order.
